During FISIPRESIASI 2022, I was selected as the Head of Pre-Event through an individual proposal pitching process with panellists. The pre-event comprised five smaller interactive events leading to the main year-end music festival. I led a team of 15 people and directed end-to-end event execution, focusing on finding creative, attainable, and impactful ways to bring the event theme to life.

Given the interactive nature and high volume of the events, along with their close timing, I paid careful attention to logistics, ensuring everything stayed within budget and met the set timeframe while prioritizing effective communication with team members and other teams. After the pre-event concluded, I was also assigned as Field Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of the music festival.
