As the Operating Committee for the Opening Ceremony and part of the Event Team, I led a team of 13 people to ensure the successful execution of the event. The event exceeded expectations with over 150 attendees (compared to the anticipated 70), including athletes from nationwide universities, media partners, and VIP guests.
For five months, I led the event's conceptualization and planning, which included surveying venues, managing logistics, budgeting, collaborating with third-party vendors, and creating contingency plans. I also created content briefs for Liga FISIP UI's design team to guide the creation and posting of content surrounding the event on social media. During event execution, I ensured adherence to the rundown, coordinated with performers and the MC, liaised with VIP guests, assigned tasks to the team, and ensured everyone understood their roles. Moreover, I supported the closing ceremony as a Timekeeper.
