I served as the Community Empowerment Staff and was in charge of Jingga Berbincang, a webinar series focusing on environmental and economic challenges, with speakers from various sectors, including government, activism, and academia.

My responsibilities included researching, identifying, and approaching potential speakers and moderators from these sectors. I developed Terms of Reference (ToR), prepared cue cards, and held pre-webinar meetings to support the speakers. I maintained communication and fostered strong partnerships with all involved. Additionally, I had the opportunity to be the MC for one of the webinars. The series was successful, exceeding expectations by attracting over 100 participants—more than the target—and securing speakers from all the intended sectors.
