As Head of Event, I developed the foundational theme, created the event concept, planned logistics, set the budget, designed promotional content for social media, established contingency plans, and created rundowns. I also partnered with over 30 student organizations and communities while leading a four-member team.

The pre-event consisted of live Instagram sessions with representatives from organizations and communities. I was responsible for scheduling the sessions, assigning hosts for each, and creating Terms of Reference (ToR) to ensure clarity and understanding from the representatives. I gathered the representatives for technical meetings and operational briefings on the main event day. I also maintained clear and effective communication with team members and other teams regarding their assigned tasks, which was crucial since the event was live-streamed on YouTube. The event was a success, exceeding all success indicators.
